- This role facilitates structured learning experiences, tracks trainee performance, and contributes to ongoing training delivery with consistency and quality.
Responsibilities
- Deliver ILT sessions during Weeks 2-4 as deployed by Enablement Partners, covering role-based and operational content.
- Deliver ongoing training programs and skill development workshops as needed.
- Collaborate with SMEs, WFM, and department leads to ensure training meets operational goals.
- Deliver high-quality, accurate work and outcomes by consistently adhering to documented processes, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and checklists.
- Review and verify outcomes before submission to maintain consistency and high-quality standards.
- Identify and address process gaps or errors to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Employee Resource Groups to build community and inclusion at work
Requirements
- Work authorization in the U.S. is required.
Nice to have
- 5 years of professional experience in customer success or related roles.
- Experience in fintech or SaaS environments preferred.
Skills
- Proven knowledge of training facilitation and group engagement techniques
- Hands-on experience with adult learning theory and instructional delivery
- Effective feedback and coaching techniques
- Familiarity with LMS platforms and content management tools
- Documentation and progress tracking
- Cross-functional collaboration and communication

Compensation
- Our base pay range is $59,000-75,000+ for this role
- Please note the salary range listed is just one component of a competitive compensation package which includes a company stock plan
