Responsibilities
- Deliver clear audio warnings over loudspeakers to deter unauthorized activity on client property
- Document operational logs detailing incident timelines and corresponding baseline actions taken
- Manage multiple high-resolution monitors simultaneously while maintaining absolute focus throughout the shift
- Support continuous performance benchmarks during the permanent
Requirements
- Computer Proficiency to navigate PC hardware interfaces and multi-display environments comfortably
- Technical Expertise
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
Nice to have
- Previous background in technology dispatch, asset protection, or customer service environments
- Prior familiarity with automated screening tools or computer-aided monitoring software

- Basic Requirements
- High School Diploma
- 1+ years of experience in a Call Center/ Office environment utilizing computer operating systems, or security work
