About the role

  • The Customer Service & 21st Century Skills Noncredit-Instructor role is essential to our accelerated workforce development training programs.
  • As an instructor, you will bring our curriculum to life using inclusive facilitating practices to meet the needs of each student.
  • Our curriculum covers a variety of essential concepts, preparing students for entry-level customer-facing positions in various industries.

Responsibilities

  • Instruction & Program Support
  • Customer Service and Classroom Support
  • The Instructor is responsible for assessing student progress and providing feedback and support throughout the program.
  • Identifying students needing additional support and connecting them with available resources or to ATC Career Navigator.
  • Collaborate with program staff to ensure curriculum alignment and provide input on curriculum enhancements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field
  • State Motor Vehicle Operator's License or demonstrable ability to gain access to work site(s).
  • Developing proficiency in handling customer inquiries and complaints with a customer-centric approach

Skills

  • Facilitates comprehensive learning experiences on a wide range of customer service and 21st Century Skills topics, including:
  • Promoting problem-solving skills and conflict-resolution techniques
  • Utilizing technology tools, including Microsoft Office applications, for workplace excellence
  • Job readiness fundamentals such as professionalism basics, resumes, interview skills, and networking fundamentals
