Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through various recruiting channels, strategic planning and referrals
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment and maintain a sense of urgency

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1+ year success in a sales, staffing agency and/or metrics-driven role

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
  • equivalent experience in sales or staffing will also be considered

Compensation

  • Aya reasonably anticipates the pay scale for this position to be $70,000 starting annually, plus commissions.
  • The pay scale for this position may vary if applicant possesses experience outside of what Aya reasonably anticipates for this position.
