About the role
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in planning and scheduling, with hands-on experience in managing construction projects across various sites.
- The role will focus on coordinating project timelines, resources, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Continuous Improvement: analyze project data to identify trends and recommend improvements to scheduling processes, contribute to the ongoing development of bet practices in construction planning.
Responsibilities
- develop and maintain detailed construction schedules and labor plans, coordinate with engineering and business operations leaders in Vegas, and create/manage project timelines and deliverables.
- identify potential scheduling conflicts or delays and propose solutions to mitigate project disruptions, and develop contingency plans and maintain communication with stakeholders.
Requirements
- 2-6 years of experience in construction planning or project scheduling within the construction industry.
Nice to have
- Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Field-Related Engineering Bachelor's Degree.
