About the role
- Promote Safety & Well-Being Monitor individuals' physical, emotional, and behavioral needs while responding appropriately to changing situations.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, families, healthcare providers, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment focused on providing exceptional residential services.
Responsibilities
- Develop positive, respectful relationships with individuals while promoting dignity and inclusion.
- Support Daily Home Life Assist with personal care, meal preparation, medication administration, housekeeping, laundry, and other activities of daily living.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and comfortable residential environment.
- Promote healthy routines that support each individual's well-being and independence.
- Follow individualized support plans and agency procedures to ensure quality care.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Ability to successfully complete all required background checks, screenings, and agency onboarding requirements.
- Keep Services Running Smoothly Complete electronic documentation, daily service notes, medication records, and required reports accurately and on time.
Nice to have
- Demonstrated employment stability preferred, including at least one (1) year with a previous employer.
Compensation
- $21k-$25k
