About the role
- This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently while delivering proactive, high-quality service.
- Public Space Attendants have frequent guest interaction and must consistently provide courteous and professional assistance.
- Typically scheduled in teams of two, close coordination is essential to ensure smooth workflow and an impressive, finished product.
Requirements
- The physical demands described below are representative of those that must be met by a team member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
- Lifting & Strength: Must have upper body strength to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Must be able to work with arms raised above head for extended periods.
- Equipment Handling: Ability to maneuver a fully loaded housekeeping cart (up to 50 lbs.) through hallways and into/out of closets during the entire workday.
- Duration: Must be able to stand and walk for 8 hours or longer per shift.
- The team member may be required to perform other duties as assigned.
- Hospitality experience preferred.
- Experience working with diverse cultures and backgrounds preferred.
Nice to have
- Language Skills: Fluency of the English language is strongly preferred.
