About the role

  • Serving as the second in command for the assigned department, this role will translate daily operational plans set forth by the supervisor, and work alongside the team to ensure safety, speed, and accuracy.

Requirements

Nice to have

  • Work M-F, 2:00PM-10:30PM
  • Bachelor's degree in Distribution, Logistics, Business Management, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of warehouse experience.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of WMS/TMS systems
  • proficiency in data analytics.
  • MHE certification required.
  • Team Development & Training
  • Facilitate initial new employee training and provide daily mentorship to department associates to foster a high performing team.
