  • This position will play an important role in supporting CP's continued growth and successful project execution across a variety of infrastructure and construction markets.
  • Financial & Resource Management: Monitor project financial performance, staffing allocation, resource utilization, project variance, and profitability metrics while supporting corrective actions when necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day construction services projects, ensuring work remains on schedule, within budget, aligned with project controls requirements, and responsive to client expectations.
  • Coordinate and oversee project staff, field inspection personnel, subcontractors, and client stakeholders to support efficient project execution and quality assurance.
  • Maintain client relationships and support business development efforts through responsive communication, operational support, and participation in proposals and opportunity development activities.

Compensation

  • $110,000-$135,000 Key Responsibilities Project Management & Operations: Manage day-to-day construction services projects, ensuring work remains on schedule, within budget, aligned with project controls requirements, and responsive to client expectations.
