You'll Bring These Qualifications: High School Diploma required
High School Diploma required; some college a plus Bilingual Spanish/English required Previous call center experience desired Proficient with Microsoft Office and/or general computer skills

Meet, or exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) monthly.
