About the role
- The Analyst will work on the Vendor Management team within the Corporate Finance function and assist with new vendor and contract onboarding, legal invoice processing and related workflow improvements.
- Monitor and respond to new/ renewed contract requests leveraging internal contract management platform
- Liaise with Accounting, FP&A, and Legal team to collect contract details and ensure data consistency across vendors
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business users to obtain all necessary contract details
- Manage vendor onboarding tasks including maintaining vendor information in internal systems
- Perform tasks for the month-end close process, including legal expense accruals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required with strong academic achievement
- Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite) required
- Must be a quick learner and self-starter, able to perform tasks with minimal supervision
- In-Office Requiremen t: Employees are required to follow the in-office work schedule.
