About the role
- We're looking for a standout Senior Full-Stack Engineer to help build our AI-powered software, used every day by clinic staff and administrators.
- You'll work across the stack, use scalable design patterns and best practices, and create delightful, user-friendly experiences in a space that's technically complex but rooted in human impact.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable, high-quality features across the entire stack, from our React/TypeScript frontend to our Java/Spring Boot backend and Python for our AI/ML services.
- Collaborate closely with the CTO on key architectural decisions, ensuring our systems are robust, scalable, and built for the long term.
- Hands-on experience building, deploying, and maintaining LLM-based agentic applications in production is essential.
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and deploying applications to modern cloud environments.
Requirements
- Staff-level candidates will have 10+ years of experience with a track record of technical leadership.
- Deep expertise in backend development using Java and the Spring Boot framework.
- Strong proficiency with modern frontend development using React and TypeScript.
