Responsibilities
- Manage property revenues and expenses, including budget preparation, monthly financial analysis, and management reporting
- manage default proceedings and liaise with legal and collection professionals as needed
- Complete and document move-in and exit inspections, ensuring vacant spaces remain secure and marketable.
- Develop and supervise operational procedures, ensuring adherence to legislative requirements and regularly updated emergency response protocols.
- Support building intelligence initiatives within portfolio.
- Collaborate with Technical Services team on execution of preventative maintenance program and day-to-day facilities management.
- Support Technical Services and Development teams in execution of repositioning projects, base building capital projects, energy retrofits, landlord's work, and tenant leasehold improvements.
- Support Energy Management team in execution of sustainability plan to reduce energy and water consumption, carbon emissions, and maximize waste diversion within portfolio to achieve corporate ESG targets.

Requirements
- 5-10 years of relevant commercial real estate industry experience in multiple disciplines including asset management, property management, acquisitions and leasing.
- Minimum 5+ years property management experience in commercial portfolios
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Economics, Finance or Real Estate.
- Strong knowledge of, and experience with, financial modeling and analysis, including Microsoft Excel.
- Working knowledge of real estate valuations and returns.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and carry out multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- MBA and/or graduate degree in Real Estate or Finance.
- Knowledge of Yardi.
- Highly developed written and oral communication skills.
- Strong people management abilities, including a proven ability to build relationships.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Solid understanding of building fundamentals and construction.
- Team player attitude.
- Bilingual in French and English.
