  • Work alongside Manager of Growth Marketing to integrate organic visibility with paid SEM performance in order to optimize capital allocation.
  • Serve as the lead strategist for unifying traditional content generation with "Model Training" dominance for LLMs.
  • Partner with technical and engineering teams to ensure all web are structured for maximum crawlability and visibility.
  • Support the strategic planning of the web content calendar in collaboration with the Senior Manager of Product Marketing and Web Content.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of professional experience in SEO, Content Strategy, or Digital Product Management within a large-scale, high-growth organization, with 1-2 years of people management.
  • Analytics & Visualization: Proficiency in translating complex data into actionable narratives by building custom dashboards and pulling deep insights from tools such as Tableau and Amplitude.
  • Expertise in the "New Search" Stack: Deep understanding of AEO vs.
  • Multi-Media Content Mastery: Proven track record of managing and optimizing content across various formats for search rankings and user engagement.
  • CMS & Technical Proficiency: Strong experience managing content publication within an enterprise CMS and utilizing SEO research tools (Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or similar).
  • Strategic Influence: Ability to translate complex "Agentic" or AI behavioral shifts into clear business strategies and influence senior leadership.

Compensation

  • The base pay provided for this position ranges from $114,750.00/ year - $135,000.00/ year depending on the geographic market and assuming a full-time schedule.
