About the role
- Kittitas Valley Healthcare is seeking a Family Practice Advanced Clinician (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our established primary care team in Ellensburg, Washington.
- With a network of clinics, specialty services, and a critical access hospital, we provide compassionate care across all stages of life-from prenatal and birthing services to palliative and hospice care.
- This includes evaluation, diagnosis, treatment and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Collaborative team-based practice model with experienced clinical and administrative support staff.
- The APC will work closely with physicians and an interdisciplinary care team to deliver high-quality primary care across the lifespan.
Requirements
- ACLS certification (maintenance required)
- Current CPR card (maintenance required)

- Previous exposure to clinic environment
- 3, 4, or 5 -day work week options available -- full time position with a built in referral base

- Up to $50,000 in student loan repayment

- Wage: Ranges between $136,011 to $180,000 with Individual Productivity, Patient satisfaction, and Team Incentives.
- Actual wage will be based on years of applicable experience.
Compensation
- $2,500 CME allocations annually
