You'll assist in driving workflows, help maintain clear communication across teams, and keep project details organized.
Support day-to-day project activities on assigned accounts (timelines, status reports, hot sheets, project routing) with a collaborative mindset
Collaborate with team members to maintain open communication and learn how to anticipate challenges and contribute to solutions
Supports programs totaling $1M-$2M. Upon growth in role, may manage up to $1M-$1.5M with oversight.
Note: Up to 50% of time may be spent on administrative support and duties though expectations can vary based on needs to be aligned upon with manager.
Support budget tracking and reporting, partnering with seasoned PM team members, Account and Finance to ensure accuracy and profitability.
Help navigate workflow challenges by collaborating with team members to maintain operational efficiency and accountability
Collaborate with peers and cross-functional teams to understand workflows and contribute to a positive, team-first environment
Takes proactive steps to accomplish tasks, meet objectives with managerial support
Takes ownership of work, delivers high-quality results, and follows through on commitments

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or similar field is preferred
1 plus years of experience in a professional environment, preferred

Experience in Microsoft Office Suite and Mac operating system

Reasonable estimate of the current range
$40,000 - $60,000 USD
