This is a ground-floor opportunity to shape the materials and warehousing function for a brand-new site supporting three production lines, working closely with leadership to establish material flow processes from the ground up.

Responsibilities

Coordinate material flow to support production schedules and customer delivery requirements.
Maintain safe, clean, and organized working conditions throughout all warehouse and material storage areas.
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses promptly and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Collaborate with production, planning, and purchasing teams to support operational goals and customer requirements.
Lead cycle counts, physical inventories, and inventory reconciliation activities.
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely reporting of inventory data.

Requirements

Strong knowledge of inventory control, warehouse operations, and material flow processes.
Knowledge of OSHA regulations and warehouse safety standards.
Experience using ERP systems, warehouse management systems (WMS), and Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods.
Ability to lift and/or move materials up to 50 pounds regularly.
Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
Ability to work in varying warehouse and manufacturing conditions.
Conduct and coordinate safety meetings, toolbox talks, and required training sessions.
High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or bachelor's degree preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

High school diploma or GED required
associate degree or bachelor's degree preferred.
3-5 years of experience in warehouse, inventory, logistics, or materials management leadership roles preferred.
Experience working in manufacturing or industrial environments preferred.
Forklift certification preferred.
