Responsibilities
- As a Packer, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.
- Operate label printers and packaging equipment to support efficient and accurate packaging operations.
- Maintain inventory accuracy for materials relocated for packaging, monitor packaging supply levels, and support overall material organization.
Requirements
- Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to be considered for this 3M Production role, in compliance with U.S. labor and safety laws.
- One (1) year of manufacturing, warehouse, production, or similar industrial/labor experience.
- Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
Nice to have
- Previous manufacturing, warehouse, packaging, shipping, or production experience.
- Basic computer skills, including the ability to enter and review information in company systems.
- Demonstrated reliability through a stable work history and strong attendance record.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts as business needs require.

Compensation
- The starting rate of pay rate is $16.99 / hour.
