As a Packer, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.
Operate label printers and packaging equipment to support efficient and accurate packaging operations.
Maintain inventory accuracy for materials relocated for packaging, monitor packaging supply levels, and support overall material organization.

Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to be considered for this 3M Production role, in compliance with U.S. labor and safety laws.
One (1) year of manufacturing, warehouse, production, or similar industrial/labor experience.
Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Previous manufacturing, warehouse, packaging, shipping, or production experience.
Basic computer skills, including the ability to enter and review information in company systems.
Demonstrated reliability through a stable work history and strong attendance record.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow written and verbal instructions.
Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts as business needs require.

The starting rate of pay rate is $16.99 / hour.
