- Job Description: M&Ms Retail (MMS.com)- M&M Print Shop Team Member - Hackettstown, NJ - Pay: $23.56/hour and $1.50 shift premium.

- The pay range shown is applicable to all US locations listed within the job posting:USD 23.57 - USD 32.41
Responsibilities
- It is important to note that this is not a graphic design position.
- Performs all shift support documentation in a quality matter
Requirements
- Ability to work at elevated heights, climb stairs, lean over equipment, and operate in confined spaces.
- Ability to stand and work on feet for extended periods, with shifts lasting 12 hours

- Technical degree or certifications (s)
- Previous manufacturing facility experience
- Understands production schedules, production computer systems, work instructions, etc.
- Takes corrective actions in solving problems to root cause level
- They operate/change over specified machinery in the assigned area.

- High degree of ownership for product quality: Performs all standard QC & other quality related duties
- Starting pay at $23.56/HR + based on experience
Compensation
- Starting pay at $23.56/HR + based on experience
- Annual bonus payout.
- Annual merit increases.
- The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
- The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits.
