About the role

A successful Supervisor, Accessioning will complete the responsibilities below to ensure the success and growth of Molecular Laboratory Operations at Adaptive Biotechnologies.

Creates, maintains, and modifies laboratory schedule; plans for and manages time for self and team to ensure tasks and deadlines are met.

Collaborates with cross-functional leadership on scheduling and training activities that impact BSM and upstream and downstream teams such as Sample Prep, Clinical Services, Study Management Team
Develops, updates, and maintains Standard Operating Procedures, employee training and competencies.
Organizes, leads, and participates in projects that contribute to the company's mission and growth.

Individuals are required to sit or stand for much of the workday and perform data entry into computer systems.
Regularly reviews employee performance and development; provides corrective action and coaching as required.

Salary Range: $71,400 - $107,200
