Responsibilities
- Perform quality assurance checks to ensure instruments are safe, functional, and surgery-ready.
- Maintain organized inventory of instruments, implants, and supplies.
- Support a High-Performing Surgical Team
Requirements
- Ability to act with integrity, kindness, and exhibit empathy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively with various audiences.
- Previous sterile processing or healthcare experience is preferred, but not required.
- We welcome motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow in healthcare.
- International Association of Healthcare Central Service Material Management (IAHCSMM/HSPA)
- Certified Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution (CBSPD)
- Minimum of one (1) year work experience in sterile processing or healthcare preferred. Other combinations of education and experience may be considered.
- Minimum of one (1) of the below must successfully be obtained within two (2) years of hire as applicable to assigned location:
- Promotes excellence through setting high standards and providing high quality outcomes.
- Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented, a self-starter, possess critical thinking skills and be able to set priorities and function as part of a team as well as independently.
- Commitment to working in a team environment and maintaining confidentiality as needed.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.

- As a Sterile Processing Technician, you will play a critical role in supporting our surgical and procedural teams through the decontamination, sterilization, inspection, assembly, and distribution of surgical instruments and trays.
- This is an active, fast-paced role that combines technical skill, attention to detail, teamwork, and physical movement throughout the shift.
- Schedule: Evening Shift - 8 Hours | PRN status
