Responsibilities
- The Senior Manager, Operations will be responsible for managing, building, and leading an assigned operational team, as well as managing Operations in accordance with company policy.
- How will you drive value in the organization as a Senior Credit Manager?
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and effectively manage and work within a team
- Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead a team -provide quality training, guidance, performance coaching and feedback to assigned staff
- Be able to perform activities such as: viewing a computer terminal and extensive reading
Requirements
- Minimum of bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum of 5 years' progressive leadership experience in auto finance underwriting, finance operations, or a related field required
- Extensive experience making consistent, sound credit decisions on matters requiring management-level credit authority required
- ability to quickly learn new computer applications as required
- Proficient computer skills with working knowledge of internet and standard business applications such as Microsoft Office; ability to quickly learn new computer applications as required
