About the role
- Purpose The High Vacuum Maintenance and Service Leader will facilitate and enable all maintenance for Delta High Vacuum Chambers.
- The ideal candidate will take ownership of all maintenance activities in the high vacuum area at Delta finishing facilities.
- They will work with the entire Delta Finishing Excellence team to meet business objectives and metrics for Delta.
Responsibilities
- Develop & implement end-to-end maintenance program for all Delta high vacuum systems while delivering safety improvements, reduced environmental impacts, cost savings, quality improvements and scrap reduction. · Ownership and delivery of plant metrics and performance plans including machine up time, cost of operation and safety. · Work with finishing leadership to recommend schedules and maintenance processes to enhance performance and reduce costs.
