About the role

- This role sits in Miami and reports into the CFO based in Los Angeles.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, redline, and negotiate SaaS agreements, MSAs, NDAs, SOWs, vendor contracts, and partner agreements
- Serve as a primary legal point of contact for the sales teams - a true business partner who moves deals forward, not a bottleneck
- Design and implement legal operations infrastructure - contract management, redlining automation, playbooks, and intake workflows (not just use them - build them)
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Finance, and Security to manage risk while supporting deal velocity
- Collaborate closely with the Australia-based GC and legal team on global matters

- J.D. and active bar admission required
