About the role
- We're currently seeking a Floating Teacher to join our passionate team at our Middleton (River Street) location.
- If you're a compassionate, energetic educator who values early childhood development and is excited to make a lasting difference in the lives of young children, we'd love to meet you!
Responsibilities
- Providing classroom assistance to support teachers as needed throughout the day, including but not limited to preparing materials for classroom lesson plans, engaging with students in free play, assisting with daily projects, supervising/zoning during outdoor time, helping with bathroom needs and diapering, snack and lunch time assistance (heating up lunches, cutting up food, helping open containers, supervision), naptime assistance, etc.
Requirements
- Maintaining EEC required professional development hours and PQ registry.
