About the role
- The Advanced Practice Provider will provide comprehensive outpatient medical care to adult and pediatric patients, including preventive services, chronic disease management, acute care treatment, health screenings, patient education, and care coordination.
- Services shall be performed in accordance with established clinical standards, facility policies, and applicable state and federal regulations.
- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services to adult and pediatric patients.
Responsibilities
- This is a non-personal services contract position, meaning the provider functions as an independent contractor and is responsible for managing their own professional practice while meeting all contractual requirements.
- Develop and implement treatment plans consistent with evidence-based practice standards.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA, federal regulations, IHS policies, and facility credentialing requirements.
Requirements
- Participate in required meetings, trainings, and conference calls as directed by the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).
- Possess current DEA registration, if required by scope of practice.
- Demonstrate proficiency in outpatient primary care, preventive medicine, and chronic disease management.
Skills
- Possess strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills.
