About the role
- The candidate will need to come on-site on the first day to collect equipment.
- This position may require on-site attendance when business needs warrant in-person participation, such as scheduled meetings or other task-specific activities.
- Work cross team across NCDIT Transportation to bring user interface consistency.
Responsibilities
- Create, update, and refresh web component and user interface prototypes.
- Build HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript in accessible ways for content management systems and enterprise products.
Requirements
- JavaScript and TypeScript proficiency.
- 3 Years State management with signals or reactive stores.
- 4 Years Web performance optimization.
- 3 Years Accessibility (WCAG 2.2+) best practices.
- 3 Years Integration with SAP, ServiceNow, SharePoint, etc..
- 4 Years AI-assisted development and workflow automation.
- 1 Year Website Accessibility testing.
- 4 Years Semantic HTML structure and accessibility foundations.
- 5 Years Modern CSS (Flexbox, Grid, variables, theming).
- All candidates must be local to the Triangle region of North Carolina.
