About the role
- To provide quality service, we need top-of-the-line employees.
- This role will report directly to the Facilities Manager.

Responsibilities
- Mow lawns and maintain landscaping using equipment such as tractors, zero-turn mowers, edgers, and blowers.
- Paint and maintain parking lot lines and roadway markings.
- Support a positive, customer-focused work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- A valid driver's license is required.
- At least 1 year of experience in groundskeeping, maintenance, or operating related equipment.
- Must have reliable personal transportation.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week (6:30 AM- 2:30 PM)
- Ability to communicate with managers via phone, text, or email.
Skills
- Follow all safety rules and procedures at all times.
- Complete groundskeeping and maintenance tasks on time.
- Keep public areas clean, neat, and free of trash and debris.
- Pressure wash and paint outdoor areas when needed.
- Care for plants, flowers, trees, and butterfly gardens, including replanting as necessary.
- Perform minor repairs to buildings, grounds, and equipment.
- Help keep rest areas in excellent condition and meet inspection standards.
- Look for ways to improve the appearance and upkeep of the facilities.
- Work independently with little supervision.
- Provide friendly and helpful customer service to visitors.
- Follow all FDOT and company safety policies.
- Help ensure the safety and convenience of the public.
