Responsibilities

  • Establish and manage construction schedules and communicates relevant updates to 4 internal team members, partners, and customers.
  • Work requires excellent interpersonal skills to best interact with internal team members, partners, and customers.
  • Work requires the ability to deliver quality, accurate work products.

Requirements

  • Perform relevant, required support functions including, but not limited to, file management and file workflow, record retention, and processing and coding invoices.
  • Complete other projects as required and assigned.
  • Work requires strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to gain proficiency with other internal applications including Viewpoint.
