Responsibilities

  • Weinstein, headquartered in Richmond, Virginia owns and manages over 60 apartment communities in Virginia, North Carolina, Texas, Tennessee, and Georgia.

Requirements

  • Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 4 years trade related experience with at least 1 year of hands on apartment maintenance lead, assistant or supervisory experience.
  • EPA/CFC Refrigerant certification required ( Type I and II or Universal ).

Skills

  • Valid driver's license, transportation and tools required.
