Responsibilities
- Conduct strategic sourcing and build relevant pipelines for each search.
- Lead interviews that go beyond the surface and build genuine trust.
- Maintain clear, consistent communication with both the internal team and clients.
- Own each search from start to finish, with attention to timing, quality, and experience.
- Someone who can lead end-to-end processes with sound judgment, understand the context behind each search, and collaborate with others while working independently.
- It all starts with a meaningful conversation, and we build from there - step by step: understanding, strategy, validation, and closure.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting (consulting firms, RPOs, or in-house).
- Experience with recruiting tools (ATS, databases, spreadsheets).
Skills
- Autonomy, strong communication skills, and a results-oriented mindset.
