  • The Behavioral Health Coordinator / Medical Assistant plays a vital dual role in supporting both the clinical and operational success of Zarminali's Behavioral Health team in Sartell, Minnesota.

Responsibilities

  • Optimize provider schedules utilizing scheduling protocols and web-based scheduling tools.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while assisting patients with scheduling needs and identifying appropriate solutions.
  • Manage no-show and late cancellation workflows, including patient outreach and documentation in accordance with clinic policies.
  • Partner with clinic leadership to optimize provider schedules, maintain scheduling protocols, and improve clinic efficiency.
  • Prepare examination and treatment rooms and maintain cleanliness and appropriate clinical supplies.
  • Perform point-of-care testing, specimen collection, and other clinical tasks within scope of practice.
  • Support front and back office operations as needed to ensure efficient clinic flow and an exceptional patient experience.

  • As a Behavioral Health Coordinator / Medical Assistant at Zarminali, you will:
  • Behavioral Health Coordination
  • Coordinate and manage scheduling for all Behavioral Health providers, including both in-clinic and telehealth appointments.
  • Manage provider schedule changes, including planned and unplanned PTO, and communicate appointment updates to patients.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between patients, providers, administration, and the Behavioral Health team.
  • Collaborate with providers to ensure Behavioral Health assessments and testing are appropriately documented and completed within the medical record.
