About the role

  • Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience performing detailed evaluations of new processes or innovative variations to existing processes for the purpose of improving operations.

Requirements

  • Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
  • Experience performing detailed evaluations of new processes or innovative variations to existing processes for the purpose of improving operations.
  • Experience providing technical guidance to junior grade engineers and technicians within and across the organization.
  • Experience making plans, setting objectives, and executing decisions pertaining to mechanical engineering services associated with the repair and modernization of the equipment and systems listed above.
  • Knowledge of special emphasis and certification program work including SUBSAFE, Level I, and Steam Plant Cleanliness.
  • Experience coordinating with government and private contractors to ensure that all technical issues are addressed and that all project objectives and schedules are met.
