We're currently seeking a skilled and experienced Estate management Supervisor to lead our team as part of a social housing contract in Rotherham.
Manage work schedules and priorities to minimise disruption to residents and general public
Lead and support a team of operatives, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management
Support contract mobilisation, compliance audits, and service improvement initiatives

Ensure all works are completed safely, efficiently, and to required quality standards

Full Time Permanent
42.5 hours per week (8-5 Monday- Friday)
This is a dynamic, leadership role where you'll oversee the delivery of Estate management across the Rotherham borough.
This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role with a strong pipeline of work and a growing presence in the area.
You'll play a key part in ensuring public areas are safe, compliant, and ready for residents and general public, making a real impact in the community.
