Responsibilities
- Sets objectives for own area to meet the objectives or goals of projects and assignments.
- May provide guidance and assistance to entry level professionals and/or support employees.
Requirements
- Required Licensing, Registration and/or Certifications
- Oversee community setup strategy, including category data entry, pricing validation, and procurement policy and procedures required for new communities.
Nice to have
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Typically requires a University degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2-4 years of prior relevant experience.
- Proficiency in procurement and community setup systems, logic, and tools, with strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
- Understanding of category management, supplier relationships, and construction industry practices.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities, ensuring effective coordination of procurement and community-specific requirements.
- Problem-solving skills to address procurement and operational challenges and identify areas for improvement.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining compliance with policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
- ISCM (Certified Procurement) or equivalent accreditation a plus
