About the role
- Interns will take their project from ideation through implementation, iterating and gathering feedback along the way.
- Write clear and accurate documentation that enables Sigma customers to use the product to effectively and efficiently achieve their goals.
- Deploy documentation and gather insights from customer metrics to aid you in making better decisions and improve your business acumen and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Now we're pushing further, applying AI to reshape how people build in Sigma, discover insights, and make smarter decisions-fast.
- As an Intern at Sigma, you'll work on documentation for various production features and learn best practices of developing user assistance for enterprise software in a fast-paced release environment.
- You will collaborate across the company to determine the best solution for your technical challenge.
- Develop visually captivating, dynamic documentation that includes diagrams, screenshots, and other visual aids.
- Solid project management and communication abilities. You love to find the right resources and can own tasks end to end with minimal supervision.
Requirements
- Applicants must be pursuing at least a Bachelor's or a Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Applicants must be currently enrolled in a university undergraduate or graduate degree program in the U.S with a graduation date of December 2027 or later
- You must be legally authorized to work in the US during the Summer 2027 program
- Applicants must be able to work in-person in our office in San Francisco, CA or New York, NY for the duration of their internship.
- Able to intern from June 2027 through August 2027 (flexible)
- Visa sponsorship is not available for our internship positions, but we welcome applicants on a student visa (with authorization to work in the U.S.) to apply
- Relocation assistance will be provided for students who will need to relocate for the summer in the form of a relocation bonus.
