Responsibilities
- Delivers tailored, compelling solutions that align with customer needs and drive action.
- Our team is seeking a Manager, Client Sales and Insights who will actively support the team in building relationships with restaurant operator clients.
- This person will engage in all aspects of client support, including onboarding, nurturing client relationships at all levels, making analytical recommendations, and creating and delivering insightful presentations.
- The goal is to extend beyond providing data, but to be a trusted partner our internal practice teams and clients rely on.
- Partner with internal teams (e.g., Client Insights, Product, and Analytics) to deliver integrated solutions and ensure client success.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across client organizations, including decision-makers and influencers.

Skills
- Requirements BA/BS or equivalent.
- Market research, economics, statistics or marketing background preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience within data analysis, client services, account management or foodservice industry experience.
- Demonstrate fearlessness and stability in a quickly evolving environment, initially internally and working toward comfort with clients.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Growing presentation skills working toward comfort presenting to large groups and senior audiences with coaching.
- Experience in, or passion for the foodservice industry.

Compensation
- The salary range for this role is $60,000.00 to $75,000.00 USD.
