About the role

  • We're looking for a hands-on Analytics Engineer for our next phase of growth.
  • We're placing big bets - new products, new markets, new rails - and every one of them relies on financial reporting that keeps pace.
  • The role is full-time - we're open to individuals in one of the following hubs: London or NYC

Responsibilities

  • Drive product launch analytics - be the data partner to product and commercial teams at launch: commercials modelled correctly from day one, and reporting that shows how each bet is performing
  • Automate reconciliation at scale - build automated frameworks that prove our numbers against third-party data, across our core product and every new launch
  • Support finance and compliance reporting - deliver the datasets behind month-end close and audit requests, and build the pipelines that make each cycle faster
  • If you love working in dbt, digging into problems from first principles, and seeing your work drive real decisions, this is the role for you.

Requirements

  • Experience with modern BI tools (e.g. Looker, Mode etc.) and what it takes to enable real self-serve

Nice to have

  • Experience in a high-pace context - e.g. startup or scale-up
  • Experience with dbt, Python and/or R
  • Experience partnering with finance teams - you speak their language, or want to learn it
