- Job Responsibilities As a BIM Technician III - IV, you will setup, draft, convert, produce and edit MEP plans using AutoCAD and REVIT.

Requirements
- A minimum of 8 years of working experience with an AEC Firm in a CAD/BIM role or 5 years with a MEP firm
- Experience with manipulating and receiving various file formats
- Extensive work experience with at least one: Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing trades
- Experience with MS Office Suite
Skills
- Produce setup drawings/sheets/views consistent with instruction, guidelines, and CAD/BIM standards.
