About the role
- We're looking for an experienced, thoughtful principal/staff engineer to help bring this vision to life.
- This is primarily an IC role with a strong mentorship component; if you're looking for a pure Engineering Manager role, this isn't the best fit.
- We're NY- and LA-based with a hybrid in-person model, in the office 3 days a week.
Responsibilities
- Implement engineering best practices
- Lead and improve engineering processes
- Own development of end-to-end features and projects
Requirements
- Have 12+ years of full-time software engineering experience, with at least 3 recent years working in React
- Ensure a high degree of code quality
Compensation
- The anticipated annual salary for this position is $180k-$240k, plus a generous equity package.
