About the role
- The RBT will work directly with children diagnosed with autism and other developmental disorders, implementing behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Successful candidates will receive a conditional offer of employment, with a final confirmation to start pending the satisfactory results of the screening.

Requirements
- RBT Certification (Required)
- CPR Certification (Required)
- Clarksville, TN 37043 (Required)
- RBT certification is required.
- Previous experience with high-aggression youth is highly desired.
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices is required.
Nice to have
- Previous experience working with children, particularly those with special needs, is preferred.
- Experience in behavior management strategies and applied behavior analysis techniques is a plus.
