About the role
- NETZSCH Pumps USA is looking for a motivated, experienced CNC Machinist for their Exton, PA facility on the 1st shift.
- This position is responsible for the operating and programming of Mazak CNC mill/turns using Mazatrol, CNC Saw, and manual equipment.
Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and maintain various CNC machines, including mills and lathes
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to improve production processes and efficiency
- Monitor and maintain inventory of materials and tools
- Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines and related equipment
Requirements
- Perform quality checks and ensure parts meet required tolerances and specifications
- At least 3 years of setting up and operating CNC lathes with live tooling is required.
- Experience with 4 & 5 axis mill/turn machines and familiarity with Mazak machines and Mazatrol programs is preferred.
