About the role
- ZLINE Kitchen and Bath is a family-owned appliance company based in Reno, Nevada, with additional locations in Tennessee and Ohio.
- This includes recording financial transactions, reconciling accounts, receiving funds, and the payment of bills.
- Record all financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software.
- Maintain organized and comprehensive financial documentation for audit purposes.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in using business software: NetSuite, Excel, Google Workspace, Salesforce, etc.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Schedule:
- Monday - Thursday, 7:30am - 4:30pm with a 1-hour lunch, Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm with a 30-minute lunch
