About the role
- Responsible for machine operation and crew in a light industrial setting.
- Responsible for quality, output, and meeting production goals.
- Production: Monitors performance of machine and personnel.
Responsibilities
- Ensures that goals are being met and issues are communicated to Supervisor and/or Lead.
- Applies advanced troubleshooting skills and performs basic maintenance on assigned machines that improve quality and performance.
- Performs assigned duties.
- Trains and develops all crew members.
Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment (varying upon equipment).
- Ability to troubleshoot machine problems.
Nice to have
- Ability to speak and communicate effectively utilizing the English language (preferred).
Skills
- Work prioritization to meet production commitments and goals.
- Machine staffing assignments.
- Machine processing speed.
- Ability to work overtime, beyond regular schedule, to complete work assignments as
- Mathematical skills and advanced skills in production reports.
- Basic computer skills, technical skills may vary based on the equipment.
