About the role

  • Deep, proven understanding of global data residency, data sovereignty, and privacy laws within healthcare domain
  • Experience architecting and delivering multiple large-scale, complex Salesforce programs in Life Sciences or an adjacent regulated industry

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Salesforce product teams, and third-party vendors to shape the solution approach and leverage the latest platform capabilities.
  • Business System Analyst is responsible for functional design and implementation, including both hands-on practical work and technical leadership, of our Salesforce implementation.
  • Every day, we collaborate, create, and constantly reimagine what's possible.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of Salesforce experience, with demonstrated tenure in Sr.
  • Experience leveraging AI/ML capabilities (e.g., Salesforce Einstein, Agentforce, generative AI tools) within Life Sciences commercial solutions, including ability to advise clients on AI strategy and adoption
