Responsibilities

- Monitor and perform ongoing surveillance of the firm's public CMBS investment portfolio, including tracking performance, identifying credit risks, and providing updates on underlying collateral and market conditions

Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, real estate, or a related field preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- experience with Argus is a plus

- The annual full time base salary range for this role is

- The Associate Underwriting role will support the evaluation and management of a diverse portfolio of real estate debt and equity investments.
- Partner with senior underwriters to perform due diligence on prospective investment opportunities across the capital stack including Senior Mortgages, Mezzanine Loans, B-Notes, Preferred Equity, JV Equity and NPLs
