Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary analytics partner for the monthly S&OP cycle, including demand velocity analysis, placed vs. fulfilled quantity comparisons, and demand acceleration/deceleration signals.
- Investigate shipping delays, customs issues, and inventory discrepancies to identify root causes and deliver actionable recommendations
- Build, maintain, and ensure accurate, reliable data and trusted metric definitions within our semantic layer and scalable solutions that enable stakeholders to confidently self-serve insights.
- Manage multiple priorities with limited oversight, proactively communicating risks and timelines. Represent Analytics on cross-functional logistics initiatives and measure both qualitative and quantitative impact.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in an analytical role with demonstrated ownership of metrics or data-driven initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to distill complex datasets into clear and actionable insights and communicate them effectively to stakeholders.
- The successful candidate must be prepared to relocate if necessary to work out of the Boston, MA office.
- While most offers will typically fall toward the starting point of the range, total compensation will depend on the candidate's specific qualifications, expertise, and alignment with the role's requirements.
- Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in SQL and familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Sigma, Hex, or similar). Familiarity with modern data warehouses and analytics workflows (e.g., Snowflake, dbt) is a plus.

- The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $100,000 - $125,000. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within each range, individual pay is based on factors such as job-related skills, experience, performance, and relevant education or training.
