About the role
- Form Energy is hiring a Manager of Supplier Quality Engineering.

Responsibilities
- Build and lead a team of Supplier Quality Engineers
- Interface will design and supply chain leaders to improve Form's supplier quality management processes
- Develop a culture of rapid response and long term corrective action within your team and with our vendors
- Work with the NPI team to define and manage quality control and acceptance test procedures
- Lead failure/root cause analysis efforts
- Drive Zero Defect mentality within the supply base
