In this role you will be partnering with other IAM and technicalteams to build secure, user-centric identity and access experiences that delight our employees, franchisees,partners, and restaurant staff.
Collaborate with other product and technical teams to help define and execute the product roadmaps.Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and project managers, to deliversuccessful Active Directory and Entra implementations.
Perform various functions and duties in support of audit, compliance deliverables, Directory security,remediation, and recovery.
Lead complex or high severity troubleshooting for incident and problem resolutions with other infrastructureteams.
Develop technical engineering solutions that solve business challenges and improve processes.
Extensive experience and advanced knowledge in implementing Windows security concepts,policies, and least-privilege design principles.

Extensive technical experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra (formerly Azure Active Directory), andother Microsoft identity and access related technologies.
