Responsibilities
- Identify, document, and communicate integration issues with clear reproduction steps
- Maintain and improve integration documentation and technical best practices
- Create customer-specific guidance and contribute to internal knowledge resources
- Partner with Engineering, Customer Success, and Product teams to support integrations and launches
- Technical background in software engineering, QA, technical support, solutions engineering, or related roles
- Aghanim helps game studios build direct relationships with players, sell directly, and build their future on their own terms.
- Today, more than 100 games worldwide are already building this future with Aghanim.
- You'll guide partners through the entire integration lifecycle-from technical discovery and implementation to testing, launch, and post-launch support.

Requirements
- Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, HTTP, JSON, and common integration patterns
- Experience troubleshooting technical integrations using dashboards and developer tools
- Experience working with game developers, publishers, or gaming platforms
- Familiarity with payments, in-app purchases, or e-commerce systems
Nice to have
- Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, PostHog)
- Knowledge of mobile app ecosystems (App Store, Google Play)
- Understanding of frontend/backend architecture
